Based on our book, The Culture Question, this workshop provides a practical guide for how every organization can become a great place to work. A healthy workplace culture enables organizations to successfully accomplish their mission and strategy while supporting the engagement and well-being of the people inside them – and the good news is that culture is something leaders can influence.

This workshop explores six key pillars of a healthy workplace culture: communicating purpose and values, providing meaningful work, focusing leadership on people, building genuine relationships, creating peak-performing teams, and managing conflict constructively. You’ll also gain a clear framework for assessing your current culture, envisioning something better, and taking practical steps toward lasting change.
