Whether you are an aspiring, new, or experienced manager, it’s important to always look for ways to develop your leadership skills. This program teaches you how to create happier, healthier, more motivated teams where everyone feels supported. In just eight two-hour sessions, you will learn the skills you need to effectively lead your team and your organization toward achieving its mission.

Learn from Someone Who’s Been Where You Are.

One of our experienced facilitators will teach you core leadership competencies and challenge you to expand on what you learn through group discussions and interactive activities.

Once you've completed the program, you can also schedule up to three coaching sessions with the facilitator.* This is an opportunity to gain valuable insights on how to apply what you’ve learned to your workplace. The facilitator can also help you map out your career or figure out the next steps in your leadership development.

Create Meaningful Connections.

This program is also an opportunity to expand your network. You will have many opportunities to connect with other enthusiastic learners, all committed to growing as leaders.

*These sessions must be used within three months of completing the program. Coaching sessions are not intended to cover missed session content. They're meant to support your integration of the material.
