Emotions are powerful and can be challenging to define, yet they play a crucial role in our interactions and well-being. Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand and manage our own emotions, as well as recognize and influence the emotions of others.

This workshop explores the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace, giving you the tools to enhance your emotional awareness and communication skills. Through self-assessment and skill development exercises, you will learn to identify and articulate your own emotions, constructively respond to the emotions of others, and create an environment where everyone feels heard and understood. You will gain practical skills to improve your emotional intelligence, leading to better relationships and more effective leadership.
