Facilitator: Darren Levine

Darren is an educator, facilitator, and consultant with over 25 years of experience. In his work, Darren focuses on cultivating workplaces that inspire and engage, and where all members are invited to exercise leadership for innovative change. Darren is Associate Faculty in the School of Leadership at Royal Roads University and holds a Doctor of Education, as well as a graduate certificate in Values-Based Leadership and an executive education certificate in Leadership for the 21st Century from the Harvard Kennedy School. As a facilitator, Darren is committed to a human-centred, service-oriented, and values-driven approach to guiding individuals and teams. He believes this allows everyone to unlock their collaborative creativity, while becoming active co-creators of their individual and collective pathways forward.
