As a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, Ken has supported leaders at all levels to improve performance and alignment across teams, helping them figure out where they need to go and move past what is getting in the way. As a trainer and coach, Ken enjoys connecting with people who have a passion for learning and a willingness to take on challenges that create personal growth.
