Leaders must create the conditions in which people understand the purpose of their work, the resources they need, and how to drive the work forward.

In this workshop, you will consider how clear purpose statements, success metrics, and quarterly priorities help teams stay focused and aligned. Using practical management tools, you will learn how to identify opportunities to improve team workflows and move forward with greater clarity and follow-through.
