Rossana is a senior organizational development consultant and former HR executive with more than 20 years of experience working with private and public sector clients to drive change and transformation. She has expertise in organizational change management, organizational development and design, and strategic HR programs including leadership development, talent development, and employee engagement. Rossana holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees and is a Certified HR Professional (CPHR) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

She is passionate about helping organizations and teams achieve their aspirational goals. Using people-focused strategies and action plans, she empowers and motivates teams so they can thrive in an everchanging and dynamic workplace. As a seasoned facilitator and consultant, Rossana creates open and engaging learning environments, and uses real-world examples of business challenges and solutions to build knowledge and understanding. She is adept at cultivating peer-to-peer learning and facilitating coaching conversations that go beyond the classroom to support behaviour change.
