Bob is an enthusiastic, insightful, and engaging trainer, facilitator, and consultant with decades of leadership and training experience. He holds a Master’s degree in the humanities and has certifications in Psychological Health and Safety, Emotional Intelligence, and Road to Mental Readiness, in addition to executive certificates in Change Management and Executive Leadership. Bob’s colourful career includes his time as a nationally recognized undercover operative with the RCMP, a member of Canada’s elite anti-terrorist commando team, and decorated organized crime investigator. He is a keen student of human behaviour and leadership and is a voracious reader in these areas. Bob is a passionate advocate for psychological safety and wellness in the workplace. In addition to training for ACHIEVE, he is the Principal Director and founder of a workplace and regulatory investigations firm, with expertise in harassment and violence investigations. Bob believes that courage, kindness, and empathy can be developed and exercised daily and make all the difference in creating a positive workplace culture.
