Embracing neurodiversity in your workplace means creating a more adaptable environment where everyone can thrive. This workshop teaches you how to build a neuroinclusive workplace culture through your recruitment, retention, and promotion practices. You will learn practical ways to embrace the strengths and navigate barriers for people with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more.

Target Audience

This is an introductory workshop for leaders, supervisors, managers, and human resource personnel who want to learn how they can create a more neuroinclusive culture. It’s also for people who identify as neurodivergent and want to gain useful skills they can use in their workplace.

Trainer: Nataschaa Chatterton

Nataschaa has a Masters in Conflict Analysis and Management and has worked as a mediator, coach, facilitator and counselor. She has lived in rural Yukon for ten years working with First Nations governments and communities. Nataschaa’s work is founded on the beliefs of the value of all perspectives, the innate desire we each have to be accepted and that our history does not need to dictate our future. Her approach includes encouraging space for the wisdom and strengths of the group and the individual to surface and co-creation to occur. She is passionate about teaching, listening and sharing.
