Chris is a human resources, workforce development, and mediation professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting leaders, teams, and organizations. She has held senior roles in talent acquisition, human resources business partnerships, Indigenous workforce development, and inclusive leadership, and currently works as a consultant supporting organizations with HR strategy and mediation services. Chris focuses on strengthening leadership capability and organizational culture by seeing the larger picture in her work while understanding the practical details that help organizations move forward.
