Bob has over 35 years of management experience and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Human Resources. He has been active in facilitating various types of training for over 20 years. Most recently he was a staff Development Officer with Newfoundland and Labrador Housing where he provided and coordinated various training needs for over 400 employees across the province. Bob believes that we all need to continue to grow in our skills and develop as individuals – when we stop learning we stop living. As a trainer, Bob draws on his experience in the field and passion for the topic to provide engaging, funny, insightful, and interactive presentations.
