Angie has helped hire, deploy, manage, and coach teams of people who have worked on projects around the world. As an operations leader, she has developed a nuanced understanding of how to maximize work outcomes while also maintaining a healthy work environment. Her work has included activities to drive employee effectiveness, navigate workplace conflict, and create a culture of emotional intelligence. Angie believes that healthy workplaces grow from groups of people who can clearly articulate the goals of their organization – from individuals who can identify their contribution to those goals, to leaders who can clear the path for employees to achieve those goals.
