Whether you need one in-house trainer or a whole team, we’ve got you covered.

You can send your staff to our three-day public train-the-trainer workshops in De-escalating Potentially Violent Situations or Trauma-Informed Care, or schedule a private session whenever it works best for you.

 

Ongoing support means your trainers stay sharp and confident.

After completing the program, ACHIEVE Certified Trainers don’t just walk away with a certificate – they join our trainer community, gaining access to resources, advice, administrative support, and opportunities to connect with peers across sectors.

How it Works

Step 1 | Register

Register your trainer for a three-day public program or book a private session if you’ve got a group to train.

Step Two | Get certified

Your designated trainer dives into the materials, practices facilitation, and leaves with the skills they need to confidently lead workshops.

Step Three | Deliver training

Your ACHIEVE Certified Trainer brings the learning back to your organization – ready to lead sessions on your schedule.

Step Four | Stay current

Once a year, your trainer renews their certification by completing a quick online form and paying a recertification fee.

They’re certified to deliver the workshop within your organization, as many times as you need throughout the year.

Look for someone who:
– Communicates well
– Speaks with insight and confidence
– Knows the topic
– Has experience teaching or facilitating groups

– Day one: Experience the workshop as a participant
– Day two: Review content, explore facilitation strategies, prep to present
– Day three: Practice presenting and take part in Q&A

– Private three-day program: Contact an ACHIEVE Training Coordinator
– Public events: $2,799 per person
– Annual recertification fee: $200
– Participant manuals: $27.99 each

– Sign a certification agreement
– Purchase a manual for each participant
– Facilitate at least one session per year
– Present the workshop in line with ACHIEVE standards
