About this Workshop

Length

Half-day version:The half-day workshop is great for leaders from the same organization who want to start the conversation around supporting mental health in the workplace, or for groups of leaders from multiple organizations. It’s a fast-paced training that covers a lot of material.

One-day version:The one-day version of this workshop is ideal for leaders from the same organization. The material is similar to the half-day version, but the pace is slower to allow for more in-depth discussion about how to implement the workshop strategies.
