Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled seven or more days before the live webinar are refundable, minus a $20.00 administrative fee. Alternatively, you can keep a credit on file to attend a future training. Cancellations made less than sevens days before the live webinar are nonrefundable. If at any time you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another individual at no extra cost. In this case, please notify ACHIEVE of the name and email of the person who will be attending.

We reserve the right to cancel live webinars due to unforeseen circumstances or low registration numbers. Liability is limited to a refund of live webinar fees only.

You Will Receive

The login details email will be sent to participants four calendar days before the live webinar date. The email will include the Zoom link and PDF copy of the PowerPoint slides. You will receive your PDF certificate via email approximately 1-2 business days after the live webinar.

Group Registration Instructions

To register a group for a live webinar, choose the number you would like to register and fill in all the relevant information.

You agree to allow only the number of people registered to view the live webinar. If you would like to add additional viewers, please contact the office to do so.

Continuing Education Credit

Each live webinar is worth one continuing education credit, and a certificate will be awarded upon the completion of the live webinar. While many associations and licensing bodies accept ACHIEVE webinars for continuing education credits, questions about approval should be directed to the specific association or licensing body for which you are requesting the credits.

Filming and Photography

ACHIEVE Centre for Leadership reserves the right to record live webinars. The recording and photography can be used for promotional materials, or the entire training may be used for an on-demand webinar. If you would like to know if we will be recording a live webinar you are attending, please contact our office.

Recording or reproduction of this copyrighted work is prohibited.
