From Conflict to Collaboration

A Leader’s Guide

Have you seen conflict turn ugly or toxic at work? Do you know what to do when you first learn about a disagreement?

A healthy workplace culture is one where conflict is seen as an opportunity for growth. By encouraging open communication, mutual respect, and proactive conflict resolution, leaders like you can transform disagreements into constructive dialogues that strengthen your team and drive innovation

In this webinar, long-time mediator and ACHIEVE CEO Eric Stutzman will walk you through essential leadership responses to conflict, so you can get the best from differences rather than the worst. During this live presentation, you will learn what your role is when you hear about a conflict. Eric will guide you through several essential questions that can help your team think and engage differently, and you’ll have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A.

You’ll learn:

  • How to position yourself as a leader when there is conflict
  • Several key questions to get your team thinking differently when there’s friction
  • How conflict escalates, and when you should get involved

Doing nothing can cost you.

Stat 1 Stat 2 Stat 3
