1. Public and Live Virtual Workshops and National Events

Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled 7 or more days prior to the workshop are refundable, minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Alternatively you may receive a credit to attend a future training. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the workshop are non-refundable. If at anytime you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another individual at no extra cost. In this case, please notify ACHIEVE of the name of the alternate person who will be attending.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances or under-enrolment. Liability is limited to a refund of workshop fees only. Please make travel and accommodation arrangements with this in mind.

2. Live Webinars

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the live webinar are non-refundable. If at anytime you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another individual at no extra cost. In this case, please notify ACHIEVE of the name of the alternate person who will be attending.

We reserve the right to cancel live webinars due to unforeseen circumstances or under-enrolment. Liability is limited to a refund of live webinar fees only.

Webinar participants will receive login details and information about viewing the webinar by email approximately 3 days prior to the date of the webinar.

Additional Viewers

In viewing a live or on-demand webinar or workshop, we ask that you allow only the number of people you register for to view the webinar or workshop.

You agree to allow only the number of people registered to view the webinar or workshop. If you need to add additional viewers, you will contact the office to do so.

3. Filming and Photography

ACHIEVE Centre for Leadership & Workplace Performance reserves the right to film video content and take photography at our events. Some of our workshops will be live-streamed and filmed for participants not in attendance. Filming and photography may also be used for promotional materials. If you would like to know if we will be filming an event you are attending, please contact our office.
