Deanne Kaar

Deanne has cultivated her leadership, coaching, and organizational development expertise over many years as a senior leader within the health care and not-for-profit sectors. Utilizing her background in mental health and addiction services, she supports leaders in a compassionate, fun and understanding way to develop plans that successfully address challenges. Deanne has worked with many teams to reduce staff turnover, improve morale and engagement, increase productivity and quality of services, and create sustainable change.

As a coach, Deanne enjoys working with leaders to identify and build new skills that are evidence-based, contribute to a healthy culture, and scaffold with your existing leadership qualities. Organizationally, she works with leaders to design result-orientated actions that align with the strategic direction; identify indicators to measure success; and remedy gaps where they exist. Her systems thinking approach strengthens operational models and focuses on resource maximization. Deanne’s facilitation style is light-hearted, engaging, direct, and transparent. She values building relationships and developing trust.
