As Director of Training and Development, David ensures ACHIEVE’s training materials are high quality, up to date, and aligned with our core values. He leads the development and refinement of content across our workshops, supports our team of trainers, and plays a key role in creating meaningful, customized learning experiences for clients. David also coaches and mentors facilitators in their training roles, helping them perform at their best. He brings over 30 years of experience as an organizational leader and is a guest mediation coach at Harvard University. David holds master’s degree in Counselling, an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, and professional certifications in Change Management, Conflict Resolution, and Mediation, along with extensive experience designing programs that strengthen organizational health and management.

In addition to his work with ACHIEVE, David volunteers as a mediator for the court diversion program in Manitoba. He is known for his dynamic facilitation style, which blends humour with practical, real-world application. Whether designing content, mentoring facilitators, or leading a session, David is driven by a passion for helping others grow—both personally and professionally.
