Chris has extensive experience in developing and executing strategies in both the private and public sectors. He approaches strategic planning with practicality in mind and recognizes the importance of setting a strategic vision and subsequent plan that connects in a meaningful way with all impacted stakeholders.

Chris has participated in the development of focused strategies in the areas of Human Resources, Quality, Operations, and Sales/Marketing, as well as full scale transformational strategies aimed at business delivery and organizational culture. His education includes a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business, as well as the Advanced Program in Management, Leadership and Strategy from the Asper School of Business. He believes that the underpinning of any successful strategy are the people required to carry it out. This approach ensures the development of successful strategies that not only elevate organizations, but their people as well.
