Alexis (she/her) is equally enthusiastic about the big picture and the little details, making her the ideal Administrative Assistant for our marketing department. She also has a comprehensive understanding of our clients and trainings because of her former role as CTRI’s Public Workshop Coordinator.

With over ten years of experience in a variety of client-facing roles, Alexis has always loved working with people and is inviting, compassionate, and thorough when supporting clients or her team. She believes that organizations thrive when leadership and employees invest in the tools needed to best understand and support one another.
