Melody is a Registered Psychologist who also has a Master’s Degree in Business. She is nearing the completion of her Doctorate Degree in Industrial and Organizational Behaviour, and has experience working in a variety of professional environments. Melody has supported leaders as they address and resolve issues related to underperformance, team effectiveness, communication issues, and ineffective managerial styles. In her role as a consultant and trainer, she is skilled at working with teams and leaders to identify the key issues and develop action plans to ensure the increased health and productivity of the team and organization. Melody participates in numerous organizations that support women in the workforce, specifically as it relates to women in leadership. She believes that change and growth come with increased self-awareness. Melody is an energetic and insightful facilitator who motivates participants and organizations to take ownership of their development.
