Galya holds a Masters of Counselling degree and is a coach, educator and clinical counsellor. In addition to her work with ACHIEVE she operates a private practice focused on supporting people to heal and flourish. Galya’s leadership experience spans over two decades in areas ranging from research to sport to multi-unit management. She believes that each of us can be a leader by practicing strong communication skills, an orientation to the positive, and an attitude of curiosity and openness. Galya values connection and learning and is thankful to have a career working intimately with others facilitating growth and the sharing of knowledge. In her workshops she creates a lighthearted and interactive environment where participants can explore new concepts and internalize learnings for immediate practical application.
