David is a mediation and leadership specialist with more than 30 years of experience. He holds a master’s degree in counselling and certifications in Conflict Resolution and Mediation, and he is a Qualified Mediator with the ADR Institute of Canada. He has done mediation and conflict resolution work for organizations in Canada, the United States, and internationally. David is a guest coach with the mediation program at Harvard’s Program on Negotiation, and he volunteers as a mediator for the court diversion program in Manitoba. In whatever role David finds himself, his passion for motivating people to continue on their personal journey of learning and growth shines through. He believes that no matter what our role is in the workplace, we can all keep growing our skills to improve our own lives and the lives of others.
