Dealing with Difficult People

Facilitator: David Jung

David has provided leadership for a range of organizations, from nonprofits to the private sector, for over 30 years. He holds an undergraduate degree in philosophy and a master’s degree in counselling, along with professional certifications in change management, conflict resolution, mediation, and instructional design. He is a guest mediation coach at Harvard University and volunteers as a Qualified Mediator for a restorative justice court diversion program in Manitoba.  With a strong instructional design background, David has created many engaging workshops and sessions throughout his career. He ensures his material reflects current research in the field and is consistent with ACHIEVE’s core values.  In whatever role David takes on, his passion for motivating people to continue their personal journey of learning and growth shines through. David believes that no matter what our role is in the workplace, we can all keep growing our skills to improve our own lives and help improve the lives of others. As a facilitator, he is known for his dynamic presentation style that combines humour and real-world application.
