Based on the newly released book You Can Manage: A Practical Guide to Becoming the Manager Everyone Wants, this session is grounded in recent research from nearly 1,000 employees that reveals what effective managers actually do differently. The answer isn’t heroic leadership, but consistent, human-centric practices that build trust and create the conditions for others to succeed.

In this session, organizational leaders will be challenged to rethink how they define and practice good management. Instead of chasing perfection, we’ll explore the key practices and behaviours of “good” managers and how they drive performance, engagement, and well-being simultaneously.
