Kloe (she/her) supports our self-guided certificate program participants as they work to complete their certificate programs. In her role, she frequently interacts with our clients who have questions about our programs, workshops, or resources. Our clients can expect attentive customer service when corresponding with Kloe. Her upbeat personality, willingness to help, and knowledge of our services make her a perfect fit for her role.
