As our Facilitator Relations & Logistics Coordinator, Jesse (they/them) keeps our workshops running smoothly from the ground up. They supervise our print shop, making sure it runs smoothly and stepping in with support as needed, onboard new facilitators and coordinate our public workshop schedule. Jesse is also our facilitators’ go-to for logistics support, sorting out whatever comes up so they can focus on delivering great training. Jesse’s calm disposition and organizational abilities make them a steady presence in this fast-paced environment. Jesse believes people do their best work when they feel supported, and set up for success, and that ACHIEVE is working to help build workplaces where people feel that way every day.
